Help! Everything has been going great.. until they broke up

Dear Xtasia,

I’m the raid leader of a raid group where there are two couples that raid with us. One in particular is a healer and a tank.

Everything has been going great.. until they broke up. Ever since the break up, they have been bickering about EVERYTHING. From strats to personal problems… even in vent. Dear Xtasia,

Came across the blog and decided to write you. I am a gm of a small raiding guild, and we tried to get a raid group together for Dragon Soul. We are mostly casual, but we are running into problems when it comes to keeping our raiders. My GM is Wacko!

My GM is crazy. He won’t listen to my concerns. He won’t listen to most of the raiders on his team. He has some terrible strategies for boss fights. Example: He insists that every player debuff be cleansed immediately, even when the debuff is critical to defeating the boss. He doesn’t know the difference between caster cloth and healer cloth gear: cloth is cloth, leather is leather..
